This combination of gaming-related events ensures that attendees can cover all of their education, business development and networking needs under one roof. Game on in Amsterdam
The fact that Amsterdam is hosting an event of this scale illustrates its position as a hotspot for companies in the gaming industry. Brands such as Guerrilla Games, GREE, DeNA and Perfect World have set up their office in Amsterdam. In terms of consumer spend, the Dutch gaming market was estimated at 626 million euros in 2010 and is expected to reach 805 million euros by the end of 2013, with social, mobile and portal gaming making up 189 million euros.

More than 50 gaming companies are based in the Amsterdam Metropolitan Area, such as Guerrilla Games, Vanguard Games, Little Chicken Game Company and Spel-Maker. The majority of these companies produce several types of games, targeting multiple platforms.
