Beyonce in Amsterdam for her Mrs. Carter Show

Superstar Beyoncé is in Amsterdam for the start of two sell-out shows, as part of the Mrs. Carter World Tour 2014.

Beyonce performed at the brand new Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam, leaving the audience “hot and breathless”.

Warmed up by the support act French DJ Monsieur Adi, Beyonce appeared twenty minutes later than planned before gracing the crowd with her almighty presence. It was a special night to see the songstress as she performed songs from her new album – Beyonce – for the first time ever.

Wearing a sexy red sequin dress, Queen Bey sashayed onto the stage opening the show with her powerful song “Who run the world (girls)”, followed by “Flawless”.

Since the release of her new album Beyonce, there has been a lot of talk about her explicit sexy lyrics. Before she starts to sing NaughtyGirl, she says: seduction is much more than beauty. Beyonce’s message is clear: power and sensuality is what makes women seductive.

During Partition the stage transforms in a strip club, complete with poles and lap dancers.

After several of her classic hits (Baby Boy, Irreplaceable, Single Ladies), and more recent creations (Haunted, Drunk in Love), Beyonce delivers an emotional rendition of her song Halo.

With a heartfelt thanks to her team, and, of course, her fans, she struts off into the night leaving us all hot and breathless.

The superstar is spending two days in Amsterdam, performing two sell-out shows at the Ziggo Dome, before moving onto Antwerp.

The honorable Mrs. Carter took a short break before the start of her show, to see the sights around Amsterdam and she made sure her millions of followers knew all about it.
