Pop princess Britney Spears has announced she will perform in the Netherlands this year.
The American singer will bring her Femme Fatale world tour to Rotterdam Ahoy on October 19. Ticket sales begin Friday, according to organizer Mojo Concerts.
The tour kicks off in Sacramento, USA on 17 June. Britney will perform tracks from her new album as well as a number of old favourites.
Britney last performed in the Netherlands in 2004, but has missed out the Netherlands on subsequent tours.
Britney Spears sold more than 70 million albums. In 1999 she broke through with the single and album Baby One More Time.
Spears, who turns 30 next year, recently released her seventh studio album, Femme Fatale. It debuted at number one in the US, adding to her tally of nearly 70 million albums worldwide since her debut in 1999.
The concert will see Britney performing 21 of her most popular songs along with two surprise tracks.
