American Television and movie actress Brooke Shields will visit the Netherlands for the opening of the Millionaire Fair in Amsterdam RAI on December 9th.
This was confirmed by organizer Yves Gijrath. Brooke Shields gained world fame with the movie “The Blue Lagoon, in 1980.
The Miljonair Fair is an exclusive and trend-setting lifestyle Fair. A unique event where exhibitors – representatives of the international high-end luxury goods industry showcase their latest products and services to the world’s most critical consumers.
The ninth edition of the Millionaire Fair has more than three hundred exhibitors from the Netherlands and abroad. The organization expects 50,000 visitors within five days. Couturiers Addy van den Krommenacker and Paul Schulten will organize the fashion shows.
Brooke was born in New York City into a well-known American society family with links to Italian nobility. She began acting as a child and has appeared in such films as “Pretty Baby,” “The Blue Lagoon,” “Brenda Starr,” “The Bachelor,” “What Makes a Family” and “The Midnight Meat Train.”
She starred in and produced the television series “Suddenly Susan” and has appeared on such television show as “That 70’s Show,” “Law and Order:Criminal Intent,” “Nip/Tuck,” “Two and a Half Men” and “Hannah Montana.”
Once married to tennis player Andre Agassi, Shields has been married to Chris Henchy — a producer, writer and actor — since 2001. They have two children.
