DDB Worldwide was named Agency Network of the Year at the 2011 Eurobest Awards, marking the third consecutive year the network has been awarded the title.
At Eurobest, held in Lisbon this week, Tribal DDB Amsterdam also picked up the much coveted title of Interactive Agency of the Year, which last year was awarded to DDB Stockholm. This year, DDB Stockholm took home the Outdoor Grand Prix for the Volkswagen campaign “The Winter Adjusted Offer.”
Tribal DDB Amsterdam’s “Obsessed with Sound” campaign for Philips took Gold in the Interactive category, Gold for Film and Bronze for Digital Design. The Philips Wake-up Light “Wake up the Town” campaign was also awarded a Bronze in the Interactive category.
For the KLM “Tile & Inspire” campaign, DDB Amsterdam and Tribal DDB Amsterdam were recognized with a Silver award in the Media category and a Bronze award in the Interactive category.
DDB Paris picked up no less than five Gold awards while other Gold awards were picked up by DDB offices in Belgium and Sweden. Other awarded work came from offices in Spain, Germany, Austria, Turkey and the UK. In total, the awards spanned 13 categories: Film, Print, Outdoor, Radio, Direct, Promotion & Activation, Interactive, Media, Design, Film Craft, Integrated, PR and Mobile.
