Dutch DJ Afrojack nominated for a Grammy Award

The 23-year-old Nick van de Wall, aka DJ Afro Jack is nominated for a Grammy Award.

The DJ was nominated for his remix of the hit song ‘Revolver’ by pop icon Madonna.

The DJ created the song together with the world famous DJ David Guetta.
Guetta had already won a Grammy Award, but for DJ Afro Jack it is the first time he is nominated.

The 23-year-old DJ ranks nineteenth on the list world’s best DJ’s.

Dutch DJ Armin van Buuren ranks first. The awards will be rewarded in the night from Sunday to Monday in Los Angeles.

Grammy Awards organizers announced on Thursday that Bob Dylan will be delighting the public with the rare performance at this year’s edition in order to salute acoustic music. The Avett Brothers, a rising folk rock band, and British band Mumford & Sons will be performing with Dylan.

This Sunday, a Grammy’s performance debut will also come from Dr. Dre. The event’s organizers stated that this is the rapper’s first live TV performance in the last ten years.
