International Fireworks Festival in Scheveningen

Every summer a spectacular fireworks display takes place on the Dutch Coast. Scheveningen, located next to The Hague, is the host of this magnificent event. Come and see for yourself how the Dutch night sky turns into an colourful manifestation!

If you want to see fireworks, Scheveningen is the place to be. Throughout the year fireworks displays are on, with the International Fireworks Festival in August as the highlight of the year. From the Pier in Scheveningen several displays are being lit. A display lasts for about 15 minutes. This year the shows start at 10pm and 11pm.

It’s not only during the International Fireworks Festival at the end of August that you can enjoy some breathtaking displays. Next to this the Scheveningen Boulevard and Beach will be lit by a lightshow during the summer months of July and August. It is perfect for a summer night out in the many cafes and restaurants along the boulevard and watch the amazing shows.
