U.S. rapper Snoop Dogg will perform during the North Sea Jazz Festival in the Netherlands. That has confirmed festival director Jan Willem Luyken Wednesday. Snoop Dogg will be on stage on Sunday, July 10.
Other artists to perform are Ahmad Jamal, Rumer, Paul Simon, Selah Sue and Ben L’Oncle Soul.
The Netherlands is well represented by artists like Jan Akkerman, Candy Dulfer and Michiel Borstlap. Natalie Cole will open the festival.
Herbie Hancock, Wayne Shorter and Marcus Miller will pay a tribute to their former band leader Miles Davis, 20 years after the death of jazz legend.

The North Sea Jazz Festival has developed into a major international jazz event. Visitors numbers varies between sixty-five thousand and seventy thousand every year.
