Tiësto to play at 2012 International CES in Las Vegas

Legendary DJ/Producer Tiësto and Believe Entertainment Group Launch New Digital Series ‘In the Booth’ in Collaboration with HP and Intel.

Believe Entertainment Group (BE) today announced that “In the Booth,” the all-new, 10-episode behind-the-scenes digital series with legendary DJ and record producer, Tiësto, will launch Jan. 17. Additionally, HP and Intel Corporation are anchor sponsors and have provided some of the technology that has enabled the development of the series, which is co-executive produced by Tiësto and New York-based digital entertainment company Believe Entertainment Group. The documentary-style series will be available on a YouTube channel atësto and will give fans an up-close, personal look at the electronic dance music superstar’s life and the global movement he has fueled.

A private event celebrating the launch of “In the Booth” will take place the evening of Jan. 11 at XS, the nightclub at Encore in Las Vegas, where Tiësto will play a 90-minute set, powered, in part, by technologies provided by HP and Intel. The exclusive performance is part of a week of special events surrounding the 2012 International Consumer Electronics Show (CES).

“In the Booth” will consist of 10 digital episodes, each approximately 5 to 7 minutes in length, and will reveal how Tiësto’s passion for music and live performance has made him a global phenomenon, chronicling the events, promoters, preparations and how each show ultimately comes together. From Las Vegas to Ibiza, fans will have the ultimate insider access to Tiësto’s world — backstage, onstage and moments right before he hits the decks in front of thousands of fans — plus exclusive Tiësto commentary and personal insight into the experience, the venues, festivals and big nights in the world’s most exclusive parties and nightclubs.

Believe Entertainment Group is financing, selling and distributing the series to a worldwide audience, including Tiësto’s social networks on Facebook and Twitter, and has worked with Tiësto’s team to develop the concept and distribute it. New York-based Cause & Effect Productions is leading all editing and post-production on the series.
